Due to the nature of our products, all perfume purchases are final.

Perfumes are personal-use items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Leaking

• Or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or improper storage of the product.
